Tiene como objetivo <strong><em>identificar las fuentes de\ncontaminaci\u00f3n, identificar los lugares que requieren la toma de acciones\ncorrectivas<\/em><\/strong>, verificar si el ambiente es un punto cr\u00edtico de control. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El monitoreo microbiol\u00f3gico tambi\u00e9n contribuye a verificar la efectividad de los procedimientos est\u00e1ndares de higienizaci\u00f3n y es un requisito fundamental que forma parte de las buenas pr\u00e1cticas de manufactura (BPM), adem\u00e1s de ser un programa de control que verifica los procedimientos est\u00e1ndares de operaci\u00f3n de higienizaci\u00f3n y asegurar la inocuidad del producto.
